What is Cathis?
Cathis a mobile application that provides customers in real-time a network of experienced, qualified and insured transport providers to fulfil any transport need whenever and wherever required.

Cathis currently transports the following types of items:

Where can I use Cathis?
Cathis is currently available only in New South Wales, Australia. Other states will be coming soon!
How reliable is Cathis?
Cathis connects you to qualified and experienced drivers so you know your cargo is handled with safety and care. Cathis utilises GPS technology to link you with the right drivers to ensure your item is delivered as scheduled.
How much does it cost?
Cathis is free to download and there are no monthly costs. Costs are only applicable if a driver accepts and completes your job.
Can I use Cathis to book a job in Advance?
Yes, Cathis allows you to book a job in advance on a particular day or specific time.
What Devices are compatible with the Cathis App?
The Cathis App is currently available on iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 5s, 6, 6+ (minimum iOS 7.0) and most Android devices (minimum version 3.2).
How do I register as a Driver?
You can register as a driver here. We will then send you an information pack via email on how to become a Cathis driver once you register.
What are the requirements for Cathis drivers?
- Heavy vehicle license for 2+ years
- MR, HR, HC, etc.
- No major driving violations in the past two years
- No criminal history
- Australian registered truck
- $10,000,000 Public and Product liability insurance
- Cargo insurance of $250,000 per load
- Comprehensive truck insurance
- Employee Workcover insurance
How do Drivers get the Cathis App?
It will be provided to you during your Cathis induction course.
How does payment work?
Cathis users will be charged a fee for services provided by Cathis drivers via the end-user’s pre-authorised credit card. A receipt will be sent to the user’s email address after the job has been completed.
Can prices change?
Prices are a flat rate for items in the Sydney metro zone and charged at a KM rate outside this zone. Additional costs may apply for cancellations, returns, waiting time and futiles.
How do I dispute a charge or apply for a refund?
If you have received a charge that should not have occurred please contact Cathis on 1300 51 15 51 so this issue can be resolved.
What do you know about safety?
Cathis has decades of experience in the transport industry and understands the importance of it in detail. Starting from the types of load restraints to use, the safety gear to wear and the correct loading and positioning of cargo.
How can I trust Cathis Drivers?
All drivers are checked to ensure they have the qualifications and experience to handle your cargo. Complete insurance to protect the community, yourself, your employees and the drivers in case anything goes wrong. All drivers must complete a Cathis induction course to ensure they meet the legal and Cathis requirements to become a qualified transport provider.

How do I change my credit card details?
You can change your credit card details through the website by logging in and selecting the PREFERENCE tab and then by clicking on PAYMENT.
I forgot my password
Click on the FORGOT PASSWORD link and an email will be sent to your email address.
My item was damaged when delivered
If your cargo was damaged by the driver, please contact them immediately to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved please contact Cathis on 1300 51 15 51.
